So easy to use an i love that you can track your progress an post photos after every workout ! Makes a huge difference when you look back to the end results!

Great app

Way less glitchy than other workout apps.

Functional

This is a good and functional app but very limited in what you can track via graphs - weight only. The graphs dont let you track your progress on individual workouts. However, that said, it does tell you in the individual workouts what your change was - used more weight, did more reps, etc.... Very adequate. Would be nice if there were more options though. Not sure you get any more out of the app than you would the paper version of the tracking system.

No more paper worksheets

I did p90x a while back and got sick of keeping track of the worksheets so when I started p90x3 I decided right away to get an app for that. This does the job, you can record weight and reps for the workouts that require it and check off the others. It would be nice if you could put a note on the workouts that dont require you to record each exercise, sometimes I just want to put in a general comment on how I did that day and dont have that option but overall I like this app.

Functional, but looks outdated

Update for iOS 8, with a sleeker and modern look. Besides that, very helpful.

Great app to track p90x3 workouts however a calendar version would be nice something where you can plan future work out dates to create a schedule for yourself

Does everything it says. Only one other thing I would like is to have a description or break down of the days. Great tho for tracking!

Great app!!

Well, this is my first review and I didnt think this rated 5 stars, but almost. There are just a few options lacking such as being able to integrate non-p90x3 programs into the cycle such as insanity or other p90x1 or 2 exercises. Id also like to see the ability to continue going back through whatever program again without having to delete. That way one can track their progress for longer than one program. That said, this is a great app and what I would expect, but one can hope for a more robust, complete app that does more, right?

Great way to track

This app is great for keeping up with your workouts. Its so much better than paper. My only complaint is having to delete my prior completion of 90 days of the same program. But other than that its great.

Easy app

The app is helpful but hard to see previous results or training data to review for new workout.

Just what I needed

Works perfectly for my usage. I basically just wanted something in my phone so I could keep track of what exercise day is next. If you want you can also enter the reps, weight, etc. though I dont.

Breaks down each work-out to record weight and reps

Its easy to use. Can change dates on work-outs if u need to change the order. Overall, I like it and use it daily. I would like it if the app would allow you to put into its setting your resistance on the bands and allow you to record them in the weight section so that you can graph your progress just like with the weights.

Good App Needs One Enhancement

I love this app, but one thing I would like to see is for it to be able to pair with the iPhone Health app like PiYo is.

Perfect for logging P90X3 workouts

Havent tried the official P90X3 app but this one does just fine for me and was much cheaper.

You can complete track all single exercise, track your progress, your weight, body measures, and write notes. Strongly recommended.
