The app is to help you monitor your progress while following the a 90 day 30 minute workout.

Tracking your progress of the Workout has never been easier!

The aim of the app is to act as a log for people who are starting out with a 90 day 30 minute workout or people who are already completing the workout. It allows you to store and track your progress and monitor how well you are doing and how far you have come. The app also allows for multiple users, so you can store results for multiple people.

The app contains a list of the workouts involved. For each workout you can:
- Log the date the workout was complete
- Log your weight
- Log measurements such as waist, chest, hips, arms, legs and body fat %
- Log weights lifted and reps for exercises
- See previous weight lifted and reps, so you can compare day on day
- Add notes to accompany each workout
- Add multiple photos with an accompanying note
- Share on Facebook and twitter that you have completed a particular workout and share any photos you have added
- Log fit test results

There is a photos screen where you can at a glance quickly see how far you have come, moving through the photos with a swipe of a finger.

Weve also included a Graph screen, where you can view your progress of weight and measurements in a graphical view.

And lastly there is a settings screen where you can:
- add new users, as many users as you like can use the app
- edit existing users
- set what units you would like to use in the app when logging weight and measurements, stones / kilos / pounds or cm / inches
- Export all recorded results in csv format
- Email us with any comments you have about the app

This App is perfect to keep tracks of progress throughout the P90X3 calendar. Keeps record of body measures, pictures, performance, reps, etc... Very relevant and cheap!
All the different versions, all the workouts presented in a day by day calendar with extensive possibilities for note taking and photographs for every exercise. Would be good to sync over devices but a great app!
I love this App. Well executed, simple, intuitive and functions well. Everything the official App should be and more. My only issue is that the Save button for each rep is tricky at times. Maybe making the influence/touch radius bigger would be better. Nothing more frustrating than hitting the save icon 4-5 times after a serious set and not getting it to save. Otherwise as I said this app is totally worth the $1. Well done devs, I hope you consider continual improvement and refining of the app. I look forward to the next 86 days with the app.
This app is great and easy to use. Love that it shows your progress from past exercises.
A good app. All of the exercises are included in the proper order. I like the section allowing users to write notes that are visible during the next workout of the same type.
Just a great app....it will be hard to find a better one out there....love it

Some bad moments

Apparently the p90x app(the one with a guy on the icon) is undergoing some maintenance improvement/enhancement and has been removed temporarily from the iTunes Apple Store. I mistakenly purchased this one thinking I had the official version.
Very intuitive app which aligns perfectly with the P90X3 program. Im only 3 weeks in, but so far so good.
So easy to use an i love that you can track your progress an post photos after every workout ! Makes a huge difference when you look back to the end results!
This is a good and functional app but very limited in what you can track via graphs - weight only. The graphs dont let you track your progress on individual workouts. However, that said, it does tell you in the individual workouts what your change was - used more weight, did more reps, etc.... Very adequate. Would be nice if there were more options though. Not sure you get any more out of the app than you would the paper version of the tracking system.
Great app for the price. Everything I need for program, and nothing I dont.
I did p90x a while back and got sick of keeping track of the worksheets so when I started p90x3 I decided right away to get an app for that. This does the job, you can record weight and reps for the workouts that require it and check off the others. It would be nice if you could put a note on the workouts that dont require you to record each exercise, sometimes I just want to put in a general comment on how I did that day and dont have that option but overall I like this app.
